The Site is operated by John & Lee Equity Research (“we”, “us”, “the Operator”) from the Republic of Korea.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Nature of the Content
The Site publishes general market commentary, educational material, and analysis regarding Korean securities.
The Site does not provide investment advice, and no content constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. No advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship of any kind is created between you and the Operator by your use of this Site.

4. Permitted Use
You may access and read the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may quote brief excerpts for commentary, criticism, review, or news reporting, provided that you include clear attribution and a link to the original article.
5. Prohibited Use

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100 or the minimum amount permitted by such law, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless John & Lee Equity Research from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.
13. Availability and Modification
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence where such protection cannot be derogated from by agreement.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure, and Editorial Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Site.
